1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account with bny888. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings. bny888 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other identifiers.

2.5 Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination, confiscation of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify bny888 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bny888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for monitoring all activity on your account and reviewing your transaction history regularly. You agree to report any discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activity to bny888 customer support within seven (7) days of the occurrence. Failure to report unauthorized activity within this timeframe may result in your assumption of liability for such transactions.

3.3 Third-Party Access Prohibition

You may not allow any third party to access or use your bny888 account under any circumstances. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, allowing others to play using your account, or permitting others to deposit or withdraw funds on your behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your bank's processing times. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered by bny888 use Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers to determine outcomes. RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed or altered once determined. In the rare event of a malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void.

6.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, your active bets will remain valid and will be settled according to the game outcome. For live dealer games, if you disconnect during a betting round, any bets already placed will stand. You can view the outcome and your account balance upon reconnecting. bny888 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures, power outages, or device malfunctions on your end.

6.3 Software Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of software errors, incorrect game payouts, or technical malfunctions, bny888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game incorrectly credits winnings in excess of the correct payout due to a malfunction, bny888 reserves the right to deduct the excess amount from your account balance. 6.4 Fair Play Requirements

All players must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. 7. Prohibited Activities

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, bny888, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.4 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL bny888'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (₱1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact bny888 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through good-faith communication with our support team. You must provide a detailed description of the dispute and your desired resolution.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting bny888 customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Service, your account history, or any loyalty points or rewards.

11.2 Termination by bny888

bny888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, we may confiscate any remaining funds in your account if the termination is due to fraud, breach of Terms, or prohibited activities. If termination is not due to your fault, we will return your deposited funds minus any applicable fees or deductions.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must immediately discontinue all use of the Service. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Amendments to Terms
